I work with clients who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, and life transitions, and want to understand their emotions instead of fighting them. They’re looking for a space where they can slow down, feel safe, and explore patterns shaped by culture, family, and past experiences. Their goal is clarity, balance, and confidence, whether that means healing from trauma, improving relationships, or reconnecting with who they are beneath the chaos.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that any cancellation or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (no-show), will incur a $60 fee. This fee is not billable to insurance and will be charged to the credit or debit card on file. Thank you for respecting this policy, which allows us to offer timely care to all clients.
