Pierce Santana
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Struggling with anxiety, OCD, or depression can feel overwhelming and isolating. You may feel stuck in repetitive thoughts patterns that are hard to break, even when you are doing your best. I use evidence-based approaches to help you understand what is happening and to develop practical tools to regain a sense of control over your thoughts and behaviors. I approach therapy with care, consistency, and intention. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and taken seriously. I work collaboratively and at a pace that feels comfortable for you, so therapy feels steady and manageable rather than overwhelming.
My style is grounded in curiosity, humility, and respect for each person’s experience. I take time to listen, understand what matters most to you, and support you in building skills that are useful in everyday life.
I offer therapy in English and Spanish and provide online therapy to clients located in New York State. I am a Mental Health Counseling Intern (MHC Intern) completing my pre-licensure training at Kadosh Psychotherapy. If you are considering therapy and would like a supportive place to start, you’re welcome to reach out when you feel ready.
